With an ever increasing focus on efficiency and managing costs the need to undertake change is on the agenda of many businesses throughout the UK. However the impact of change is recognised as major cause of poor employee relations and getting it wrong can result in increased costs and a drop in productivity. We will focus our attention on resistances to change - assisting businesses to flourish during times of turbulence.

The guiding principal of change management is that people make companies work, not technology. Technology is just a tool, and users have to be excited about change, believe in it, be trained in it, and supported through it. OTB ensures all of those things are included from the beginning as part of the project.
